Refund Policy

Overview
Every account starts on the Free plan, so you can try SharePDF before paying anything. New paid subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment: if you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first Pro or Max charge for a full refund. After that window, and on renewals, payments are non-refundable — though we'll always fix genuine billing errors, such as a duplicate or mistaken charge. The guarantee can be used once per customer.
Cancellations
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep paid features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then your account reverts to the Free plan. We don't refund unused time on a cancelled plan — that's separate from the 7-day first-payment guarantee above.
How to Request a Refund
Just contact us with your account email and date of purchase. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days. Please reach out before opening a bank chargeback so we can sort things out directly.
Payment Processing
Payments for new subscriptions are processed by Stripe, with Vempus Technologies as the seller of record; the charge appears on your statement as "VEMPUS.COM". If you started your subscription through Dodo Payments before we moved to Stripe, Dodo remains the merchant of record for that subscription and handles invoicing, sales tax, and refunds, appearing as "DODOPAYMENTS*SHAREPDF".
