At SharePDF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid subscriptions (Pro and Max plans) come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
The guarantee applies to first-time subscriptions only
Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

You'll continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
Your subscription will not automatically renew
After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan
No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 7-day guarantee period

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following situations:

Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
Repeat refund requests (more than one refund per user)
Chargebacks or disputes initiated with your bank instead of contacting us first

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

Your account email address
Date of purchase
Reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf. When you make a purchase, the charge will appear on your statement as "PADDLE.NET* SHAREPDF" or similar.

Free Plan

The Free plan is completely free and requires no payment. There are no refunds associated with the Free plan as no charges are made.
